Per-listing alert thresholds

Tune the buy-box-loss trigger, the suppression-watch toggle, and the optional price floor + ceiling for every listing. Defaults (3% trigger, suppression watching on, no bounds) backfill for pre-existing rows; saving routes you back to the dashboard.
