Email and webhook notification preferences

Pick the email categories Claimpost sends you — and, for critical alerts (suppression, hijacker, buy-box loss), point a webhook URL at the receiving service so the payload lands within seconds of an incident. Defaults are email-only; webhooks are opt-in per category.
